Shipping information

Standard Shipping – This is the most popular option among online shoppers with 70% of people opting for it. This is due to the fact that they want to receive their items as soon as possible.

Free Shipping – Nearly 4 out of 10 customers chose this option, most likely because they just want to spend less money.

Two Day Shipping – Over 3 out of 10 online shoppers chose this option, which means that people who opt for it just need their items a bit sooner than usual.

One Day Shipping – It’s not very common but nearly 1 in 10 customers opted for this one day shipping preference, which is probably because they are in a hurry or have some kind of emergency

It depends on the weight and size of the items.

For example, if you are shipping two identical items it will usually cost more than shipping one item. If you are sending a package with a lighter weight, like documents, it may cost less to ship than sending something heavier like shoes.

No, we do not offer expedited shipping.

We ship all orders within 3-5 business days.

The U.S. Department of Transportation regulates the shipping and delivery dates for ground, air and sea freight. These regulations are set in place to ensure that customers receive their shipments when they expect them to be delivered. The DOT calculates shipping and delivery dates based on the day of departure, arrival date and any intermediate stopovers.

Payment information

Several methods of payment are accepted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

When your order is shipped, you are charged for the purchase. Shipping fees are pro-rated based on how many items are being shipped. Include taxes on these fees if they apply.

To use your Promotion Code, after adding the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, enter the promotion code in the “Promotion Code” field and hit apply. There is a secondary option to add the promotion code during the one-page checkout process as well.

Orders and returns

Custom items are made to order specifically for you and may not be cancelled or returned. To ensure you are choosing the right makeup kit, we recommend you order a sample before placing your order. Please call our Customer Service to confirm.

Once our team has received your returned package, we’ll refund you within 3-5 business days. Refunds will then appear back in your original method of payment.

LaCosmetta currently only offers UPS return labels. You are welcome to return your item with the carrier of your choice, but if you choose to do so, you will not be charged $2.95 processing fee.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns at this time. You are, however, always welcome to return your purchase and then purchase it again.
